Brian has participated in Special Olympics New Jersey for 11 years. When he started the Jespy program, he played basketball, softball, and soccer. He was selected as the Eunice Kennedy Athlete of the Year for Special Olympics New Jersey lag football. Brian now has a part-time job working at Ashland Chemical Inc. and has worked there for 13 years since he graduated from school ECLC. He likes hanging out with his friends, staying active, cooking, going to the movies, restaurants, and live events. On rainy days, he likes to play video games and watch movies. He even helped the Montclair Unified basketball team win 3 gold medals! Brian is really looking forward attending the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games in Orlando, Florida to compete against other states around the world. He plans to keep on training, eating right, jogging, and show leadership to his teammates.
