Cesar has been a Special Olympics New Jersey athlete for 5 years. He participates in Swimming and Snowboarding. Cesar is a junior in high school and is a member of his school's swim team. Cesar is also a lifeguard during the summer. Cesar enjoys music, playing video games, making YouTube videos, and working with tools. He is looking forward to going to Orlando for the 2022 USA Games.
