Dalton has been participating in Special Olympics since he was 8 years old. Dalton has a genuine love of sports that started at a very young age. As a toddler he would study and imitate Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods in the living room with his little basketball hoop and his plastic golf clubs and a tin can. He participates in flag football, floor hockey, basketball, and softball. He has also participated in golf, baseball, and track. Dalton is also involved in the Rowan Unified sports. He has played in the 2010 and 2014 Special Olympics USA Games where he won bronze and silver, along with his flag football teammates. Dalton enjoys writing music, drawing, movies, and is recording music. He also loves to travel to new places and visiting historic places. In his almost 20 years of involvement with Special Olympics, he has made many friends that have become part of his family.
