Dane is going on his 23rd year of being part of SONJ. He currently competes in 4 different sports (1 per season): downhill skiing, basketball, softball and golf. Team sports like Basketball are the best because he likes to play on a team with fellow athletes and likes to help teammates when they are having a bad day on or off the court.

Dane has a full-time position as a Physical Therapy Aid that he loves because he helps people get moving and feel better.

Even though he has won many medals at different competitions, Dane still loves to compete. He has made so many good lifelong friends through SONJ and can't wait to make more friends at the USA National Games 2022 in Orlando.
