Derrick joined Special Olympics New Jersey 15 years ago. He is a 2021 graduate of The College of New Jersey. Derrick became an athlete for the Bloomfield Bengals where he played basketball, flag football, softball, and bowling. He currently resides in Ewing with his dad and twin brother, Delon. He was also a member of the 2014 USA Games Flag Football team. Derrick loves sports, movies, amusement parks, video games, family, music, and dogs. He is ready to win the gold and have fun with his friends at Disney World.
