Howard has worked with Special Olympics for over 8 years through its partnership with TD Bank. He is an AVP and Business Management Analyst and holds several leadership roles as a Diversity and Inclusion thought leader for the organization. For SONJ, Howard is the Head Coach for Mercer Tennis, a Unified Partner, and current mentor-facilitator for the NJ Athlete Leadership Council. He was also named to Team New Jersey as a tennis coach for the 2018 USA Games and is thrilled to reprise his role in Orlando.
