Being chosen for the 2022 Special Olympics flag football team is one of the major achievements of Michele's life. Also on that list of lifetime achievements. is being part of a loving, wonderful family, and having earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Rowan University. As a Special Olympics New Jersey athlete, she has been competing in volleyball, softball, soccer, track and field, bocce, and flag football for the past 7 years. She lives with her husband, Steve, "the Viper," Coddington (also a Special Olympics New Jersey athlete), and their two daughters, Rose and Lisa. Michele enjoys socializing and interacting with others, racing in 5K and 7K runs, traveling, reading, and cooking. This is her first time competing in the USA Games, and is thrilled to be representing Team New Jersey.
